Cellhire, the York-based mobile communications provider, yesterday received a unique accreditation from the leading national network, O2.
Cellhire became the only service provider in the UK to join both of O2’s award winning Centres of Excellence programmes. Today’s admission to the Enterprise Centre of Excellence follows admittance to the Data Centre of Excellence back in November 2007.
‘Enterprise’ acknowledges that Cellhire has the sales and support infrastructure in place to service larger customers requiring at least 200 handsets. ‘Data’ meanwhile, refers to the company’s capabilities in providing the increasingly popular BlackBerry devices, modems and datacards, that allow email and internet access whilst on the move.
In order to be eligible to join the respective Centres of Excellence, Cellhire has put its entire customer-facing staff through a rigorous and comprehensive product and service training programme. Membership is coveted, because it conveys a valuable message to potential customers, who know that they are not only in safe hands, but that they can access the best knowledge and service support in the industry.
