Mobile solutions specialist Cellhire recently undertook an extensive customer service survey, the results of which make positive reading.
The survey of existing customers, conducted by Cheshire based specialists, PPT Solutions, revealed high levels of satisfaction across a range of key criteria, including account management and technical support. This research is undertaken regularly, to ensure that customers continue to receive the kind of service levels that they have come to expect from Cellhire.
Key customer indicators included:
- 100% Rated their contract terms and duration to be at least ‘satisfactory’
- 97% Rated technical support and service delivery as at least ‘satisfactory’
- 94% Rated customer service as ‘excellent ‘ or ‘good’*
- 91% Rated account management as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’
- 91% Stated that they would be ‘happy to recommend’ Cellhire
Survey results compiled April 2008 with 52% of targeted accounts responded. Full results available on request.
Matt Bennett commented “A ‘Customer First’ ethos underpins everything we do and we’re delighted with, but not surprised by the results. We have to be very competitive on price, but as a differentiator, customer service is absolutely key. We can’t be complacent and we’ll strive for additional improvements throughout the coming year”.
