Newly launched white-label SIM management & billing portal puts indirect partners and resellers back in control.

York-based global telecommunications provider Cellhire launches the first phase of an infinitely tiered white-label version of its Atlas SIM Management & Billing portal. The new development will enable Indirect partners and resellers to offer a branded portal to their customer and customer’s customer; complete with SIM control, usage and billing information, alerting and spend cap control, across multiple networks.

Phase one offers partners the ability to segment their SIM base and create fully branded portals for their customers offering views of the SIM base, SIM status, data usage and billing information. The brand-agnostic white-label approach to all alerts and emails allows reseller partners the chance to send alerts directly to the customer chain. In addition, customers can also self-serve SIM suspension, reactivation and SIM swaps 24×7. Phase two will add further aspects of SIM control including the setting of spend caps and alert levels as well as greater control for partners themselves.
